Magogoni High School

Fully funded through donations to Watoto Wenye Nguvu, the secondary school was completed in 2008 and now offers education to over 360 students in the community, many of who are sponsored children. It has become one of the premiere secondary schools in this part of Kenya. After completing rigorous requirements to become funded by the Kenyan government, the school has 20 teachers and staff, a computer lab and science laboratory. An organization in Kenya donated 15 computers.

While the teaching and administrative staff are paid by the government the costs to maintain the computer and science labs must be born by the students.
